Product Summary
The Fliptop provides a flexible, convenient work surface for anyone
who needs a place to store the computer and/or supplies. The large
acrylic work surface is sturdy enough to support up to 25 lbs., and
the desktop lifts to reveal a hidden storage compartment.
Because the Fliptop has dual ball-joint supports, it can easily
shift to the right or the left to clear power controls. It tilts for
reading and writing, or remains flat for eating. When the desktop is
lifted out of the left ball-joint, it can also swing out and down to
the side for transfers.
The Fliptop is simple to remove. When not in use, the ball-joint
supports can be easily removed from the wheelchair by unscrewing the
tightening knob, leaving just the mounting brackets on the
wheelchair frame.

Mounting & Compatibility
There are no special tools required to install the desk top. There
are two mounting brackets that are attached with Allen screws, and
an Allen wrench is included in the mounting kit. Also includes the
Velcro kit to mount a laptop computer on the Fliptop.
The Fliptop consists of the desktop, two wheelchair mounting
brackets that are attached to the right and left sides of the
wheelchair. Please specify width of wheelchair when ordering (e.g.
14", 16" or 18").
The wheelchair mounting brackets will mount vertically or
horizontaly on straight tubing from 3/4" to 1-1/4" dia. To mount the
Fliptop on curved or diagonal parts of the wheelchair frame, order
two Angular Mounting Brackets.
