Mount switches quickly and easily to both of our universal models:
- Extend to 51cm (20 inches)
- Have a clamp that anchors to surfaces, from wheelchairs to
table edges
- Hold up to 2 kg (4.4 lb)
An order of either mounting system entitles you to choose a free mounting plate
(individual plates described below). Fit other devices via female 3/8" or
1/4" standard camera mount threads.
Magic Arm (MAG) (left) - one lever tightens up all joints and fixes switch position.
Variable Friction Arm (VFA) (right) - tighten the large knob progressively to fix position.

Traxys Medium Adjustable Pressure Switch can easily be fastened to the plate
with the 3 machine screws and wing nuts provided. The 3 holes are drilled at
2.5" centers.

A triangular aluminum mounting plate from AbleNet which attaches to any of our 5
Universal Switch Mountings via a threaded "camera mount" stud and large
plastic lock nut. The
Traxsys Large Adjustable Pressure Switch can easily be fastened to the plate
with the 3 machine screws and nuts provided. The 3 holes are drilled at 5"
centers.

A rectangular steel mounting plate which attaches to any of our 5 Universal
Switch Mountings via a threaded "camera mount" stud and knurled lock nut.
This plate is designed provide a plain steel surface to Velcro-mount a compact
keyboard, an AlphaSmart or a standard PC keyboard. Although the plate is drilled
to match the standard machine screw tappings in the
Traxys Rollers we would recommend the smaller 8" x 4.5" plate below
for these units. 2 machine screws to fit the Roller tappings are included.

A rectangular steel mounting plate which attaches to any of our 5 Universal
Switch Mountings via a threaded "camera mount" stud and knurled lock nut.
The plate is ideal for screw fixing to medium sized switches, such as the
Traxys Medium Adjustable Pressure Switch, or any of the
Traxys Roller range. An AlphaSmart or compact keyboard could be Velcro-mounted
on to the steel surface, but the larger 11" x 4.5" plate above would
provide more support.
This plate is drilled to mount a
Traxys Medium Pressure Adjustable Switch via the six6nuts and bolts provided.
These switches can also be fixed via the alternative set of threaded holes. The
plate is also drilled to match the standard machine screw tappings in the
Traxys Rollers. 2 machine screws to fit these tappings are provided.
