A popular single-button environmental control unit
The FreeHand is Adaptivation's most popular single-button
environmental control unit. The FreeHand allows for safe control of
AC appliances such as a fan, lights, etc.. With no cords to contend
with, the FreeHand offers less distraction and increased operator
safety.
Four Modes of Control:
• Latch: Touch the surface of the FreeHand or plug in an external
switch once and the appliance will turn on. Touch it again and the
appliance will turn off.
• Momentary: The appliance will remain on as long as the operator is
touching the surface of the FreeHand or an external switch.
• Timing Minutes: The appliance will turn on for a predetermined
amount of time (minutes). When the timer "times out," the appliance
turns off. The timer will "time out" even if the operator constantly
presses the FreeHand or external switch.
• Timing Seconds: The appliance will turn on for a predetermined
amount of time (seconds). When the timer "times out" the appliance
turns off. The timer will "time out" even if the operator constantly
presses the FreeHand or external input switch.
• Range up to 300 feet.
• Easy mounting on the Magic Arm or other mounting systems using
• Velcro or Dual-Lock.
• Size: 3.5 x 3.5 x 3.5 in.
• Colors: red, yellow, green, blue, and purple.
• Uses a 9 volt battery (included).
• Starter Kit (ADP-FH-SK): includes transceiver module.
