Instructions on Changing Text Size

  • The menu begins - from the left - with File, then Edit, & then View.
    Left click on View.

  • In the View drop down menu, left click on Text Size in the lower half of the View menu
    which gives you a submenu of possible changes.

    When the submenu drops down, you may select from (that is, left click on) one of
    the following choices: Largest, Larger, Medium, Smaller, and Smallest.

    Here the current text size is Medium, indicated by the dot to its left, and
    the text that is to be selected is Larger, indicated by the dark blue, contrasting
    background
